Any item indicated on the site as a Special Order will be considered a final sale. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production. Special orders ship within 6-8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Custom Diamond Necklaces, Custom Diamond Rings, and all other custom pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and are charged in full before being placed into production. Custom orders ship within 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed. Due to the highly customized nature of these products, all custom orders are final sale.
