Customisation with the addition of diamonds, either natural mined diamonds or lab grown diamonds to the necklace is available. You can choose the number of diamonds and their position. This necklace was designed by our designer with the two diamonds representing her twin daughters and the single diamond representing her son. You can use the diamonds to represent your children, a loved one, or even a pet or keep the necklace as shown with pink sapphires only.
